Why is there a delay in activating my account?
SPINS data is released in four-week periods. Your scorecard will be processed and released after the current period is complete. This can take up to 4 weeks if you happen to register at the beginning of a period release.
It’s been over 4 weeks and I still haven't received an email. What’s the holdup?
The only instance when account activation takes longer is if you are a new vendor and your products aren’t registering sales yet. Once your products start selling, we will automatically begin to process your account for activation in the next period release.
I still have questions. Who should I reach out to?
