Extending the reach of vibrancy beyond nutrition, Tony also serves as an adviser to and passionate supporter of Salt & Light Coalition, a nonprofit founded by his wife, Dr. Izabel Olson, that is dedicated to healing and empowering survivors of human trafficking. Through his work with Salt & Light Coalition, Tony’s has also launched the Salt & Light Academy in Yangon, Myanmar, as a safe haven to educate and protect orphaned and underprivileged children.
