Jason takes a true client-first approach to sales with a proven track record of building out scalable businesses for expansive growth. He is passionate about driving consistency, process, and expectations, as well as building out strategies to help clients and partners exceed their objectives.
Before SPINS, Jason had a nearly 20-year tenure at CareerBuilder.com. In his most recent role as President of Talent Solutions, he led his department’s go-to-market strategy, including operations accountability, product responsibility, and roadmap, and prior to that he occupied several roles in sales and marketing leadership.
