Promotion Execution, Effectiveness and Planning


Promotion Calendar Analysis: Manage your trade budget more effectively by understanding your promotion performance. Base Price Environment, Thresholds and Elasticity


Base Price Environment: Track historical trends in base price for your items and for top competitors. SPINS consultants can help you identify problematic key accounts in which you are priced much worse than average versus these competitors.

Base Price Thresholds: Using key account data, SPINS consultants can help you identify key base price thresholds that affect velocity performance as well as base price changes that were accepted more readily versus less favorably by consumers.

Base Price Elasticity Modeling and Simulator: Quantify the relationship between change in base price and/or base price versus key competitors and change in unit volume using our base price elasticity model.
