SPINS and Mrs. Greens Announce Expanded Partnership and Key Account Service

SCHAUMBURG, IL December 20, 2007 – SPINS, the leading information and service provider for the Natural Products Industry, announced a new partnership with Mrs. Green’s Natural Market, a chain of 11 stores headquartered in Scarsdale, NY. According to the new long-term agreement, SPINS and Mrs. Greens will launch a key account data service, providing category, brand and item-level information, specific to the chain.

As part of the new partnership, a full time SPINS business consultant will be hired to work onsite with Mrs. Greens to assist with the efficient management and analysis of key account data. The new fact-based information service and onsite support will enable Mrs. Green’s to work more effectively with vendors and business partners.

With stores throughout Northeastern New York and Southwestern Connecticut, Mrs. Green’s annual sales are approximately $40 million with growth of 11 percent. Mrs. Green’s Natural Market was recently acquired by Planet Organic Health Corp., a Canadian company that manufactures, distributes and sells quality products that are healthy for people and our planet.
