Tony Olson has been an integral part of SPINS since joining in April of 1999. He currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as owner. With his entrepreneurial vision and more than 25 years of experience in the Natural Products Industry, Tony has led the company’s impressive growth and advancement to become the leader in market measurement services for the Natural, Organic, and Specialty Products Industries as well as the overall health and wellness sector. Prior to SPINS, Tony managed a core team at Odwalla, where he directed sales, operations, and marketing of over 40 employees, launching the product line in five states and contributing to Odwalla’s evolution as one of the largest pioneering brands in the Natural Products Industry.
Tony proudly supports a number of community-based organizations and initiatives including Salt and Light Coalition, Vitamin Angels, Posse Foundation, various investments within the Brazilian favelas, and several inner-city nonprofit groups across Chicago.
